Are you looking for a unique way to showcase your local business?

Consider advertising with NetsuCon at our 2025 event, which is taking place in Stuart, FL on December 6. We have the attention and trust of a truly awesome audience of creative, intelligent people who are eager to support small businesses. We’re not looking for giant sponsors. We’re looking for real sponsors, and people we can invite into our circle. This is about quality over quantity. Advertising with us means being placed into a position of trust and respect among an affluent audience of young adults in the Treasure Coast area.

These events are small but mighty. We want to be very transparent about the scope of outreach. Our 2025 event is capped at 100 tickets, but our website reaches thousands. This is not a “spray and pray” model of advertising. Choosing to become a sponsor with means us being aligned with something real, and something powerful. This is a precision form of advertising that supports honest and transparent business models.

Our promise to you is that we will represent your brand in the highest honor, and encourage our fans to support you.

We offer various levels of sponsorship agreements:

• Friends of NetsuCon – free promo trade for a text link on our website
• Prize Sponsor – donate gifts and/or gift cards in return for a medium sized ad on our site, shoutouts during the event, and a promo post on our Instagram page
• Paid Sponsor – purchase a sponsorship package that includes a prominent ad space on our site, a shoutout during the event, a promo post on our Instagram page, and your logo printed on a commemorative scavenger hunt card

What we provide to your business:

You will receive:

• A text link on our Schedule page under “Friends of NetsuCon.”

These are posted in first come first serve order, separated by commas. Purchase early to be placed in the beginning of the list.

Benefits:

This is a $0 way to generate clicks and help support our event. It’s good for businesses testing the waters, and who want to see us grow.

Prize Sponsor

Cost:

$60 worth of gift cards to your business.

OR

$60 worth of gifts from your store.

OR

$60 worth of prizes donated to the event.

What we provide to your business:

You will receive three things:

• A small rectangle ad on the Schedule page (180x150px)
• A shoutout on the mic when winners receive your prize(s)
• An Instagram post on @netsucon_official

The ad can link to your website and/or social media page, your choice. You can provide the artwork, or we can build a simple ad for you (logo, some text).

We will be sure to hype up your business when we hand out prizes you provided. We call them “donations” at the event, and give you credit for helping our community.

Benefits:

This one doesn’t cost anything out of pocket, and places you in a very prestigious spot at our events. This sponsorship will work best for businesses closely related to the anime and Japanese culture scenes.

Get creative with this one! For example, adding business cards to a prize basket and really showcasing what you have to offer.

The prizes can range in quantity and cost. Smaller prizes will have more reach, more expensive prizes more impact.

We will get you the right audience for gift cards. Our showcases let winners CHOOSE their prize in most cases, especially when it’s a gift card to a physical location. Only local people who are interested in your business will receive these gift cards.

Examples of prizes you can provide are:

• Six $10 gift cards
• Gift cards for items/drinks that equal around $60
• A figurine worth around $60
• A combination of physical prizes and gift cards, totaling around $60

Paid Sponsor

Cost:

$75

Payable online.

What we provide to your business:

You will receive four things:

• A medium rectangle ad on the Schedule page (300x250px)
• A shoutout on the mic at the start of our event
• An Instagram post on @netsucon_official
• Your logo placed on the Scavenger Hunt card

Benefits:

We are limiting this sponsorship to a total of four businesses.

This will be the most exclusive ad position on the Schedule page.

You will also be featured on a printed Scavenger Hunt card that will be used during the event, and will likely be taken home as a souvenir.

Details and Agreements

Your ads/links will remain on the site forever, as long as the site is up and running. After the event is over, the Schedule page will be archived in a new location under Reports, but it will be copied and pasted as-is for posterity.

There is no guarantee of a ROI. We do the best we can to promote local businesses, but we cannot promise anything. We cannot guarantee 100% uptime of the website. You accept all risks going into this agreement, and NetsuCon is not responsible for any perceived loss.

Ad sizes may appear differently on different devices. For example, some ads may need to shrink down in size slightly to accommodate the layout. The higher advertisement tiers will always appear larger and more prominent though.

We are a small business just getting started and want to be very honest, and build long lasting relationships with other small businesses. We write our terms in plain language to keep things real. Please don’t sue us or take advantage of us. We will do everything in power to return the favor and drive lots of traffic to your business. Our promise is only that we will do the best we can.
