NetsuCon 2025 Event Guide for Attendees

NetsuCon 2025 is almost here!

Follow this guide to have the best time.

There’s really only a few things you need to know:

  • What to bring
  • How to find us
  • Registration process
  • Rules

What to Bring

At the very least, you should bring the essentials:

  • Reusable water bottle (there’s a filling station in the venue)
  • Medications you may need (such as inhalers, etc.)
  • Your order number or ticket (not everyone has an actual ticket, especially if you ordered early… we can look you up either way. If you lose your ticket and/or order number, we can look you up by the name you registered with, no worries!)
  • Snacks to eat during the day (Sugoi Entertainment may be selling empanadas and other finger foods, but we don’t have any food trucks or restaurants within walking distance).
  • A pen to use with the Stamp Rally message decoding.
  • A well-rested and clean version of you! Please get a good night’s sleep and practice good hygiene. Let’s break the bad tropes of anime conventions. 😉

Optionally, you can bring:

  • Small gifts to hand out (especially to the community center front desk staff, it would be really cool to surprise them with gifts!)
  • Games to play with others (small, easy to set up games like Uno, Bananagrams, etc.)

How to Find Us

The date:

December 6, 2025 from 12pm (noon) to 6pm.

The address:

Stuart 10th Street Community Center

724 SE 10th St, Stuart, FL 34994

Use Google Maps to get to our venue. We can at least guarantee that the map marker on Google Maps is correct. If you use Apple Maps or Waze, we have no guarantees. Below is a link that will take you exactly to the venue. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND using a GPS to get here. Stuart can be really confusing, and this venue is tucked back a little ways. Also, be careful around “confusion corner” if you end up in the mess of roundabouts in downtown.

Parking is easy, and FREE!

Just park in front of the venue, or park in the back if the front’s full.

If both lots are full, head east on SE 10th St and use the lot there.

We also have a direct page with this same information that you can type in manually on your browser if you get lost:

Registration Process

To get in, you will need at least one of the following:

  • An order number
  • A ticket
  • Your name

Just head to the Registration booth, and someone will check you in. If nobody’s there, that means our staff is running around somewhere else. Just look for someone with a Volunteer badge and they will lead the way.

If you ordered your ticket early, you will just have an order number.

If you ordered somewhat recently, you will have an actual ticket that we can scan.

Order numbers and tickets were emailed to you. Just search for NetsuCon in your email to find them. Try to have everything ready before you get in to make check-in more streamlined.

If you have neither (because you lost or forgot it), we can look you up by name.

Event Map

Entire process:

When you first walk in the Main Entrance, you will be greeted by the front desk staff of the venue.

If you want to be a super cool human being, give them a random gift! We want to really surprise this venue and show them how different we are. It would also be kind of hilarious to have a steady stream of random people giving them gifts, just because of how unlikely it is. Things like stickers, hand drawn notes, etc. would be perfect. Nothing huge, just something to show our appreciation and make them smile.

Head left towards the event entrance, and turn right into the event area.

Keep walking past the restrooms and you will see the Registration booth on the right.

This is also where the first-aid kit is located, if you need it.

Someone should be sitting at the desk. Have them get your order number or scan your ticket. You will then get a wristband and a Stamp Rally card.

If you don’t see anyone at the desk, no big deal. Find someone with a Volunteer badge and they will get you to someone who can scan you in.

If you know anyone who would like to help us with the Registration booth, please ask them to sign up as a Volunteer.

Rules

Please visit this page to see our official rules:

netsucon.com/rules

The rules in a nut shell:

  • Don’t be a jerk.
  • Wear deodorant.
  • Don’t sue us.
  • This is not a daycare.

Our events require a bit of self-reliance and mindfulness. Please respect those around you, and take care of the venue space. We keep everything mostly PG, but cannot guarantee that everyone will behave.

We have a very strict anti-harassment policy.

Anyone who is bothering attendees, engaging in harmful or rude behavior, being mean, or making our guests feel uncomfortable will be kicked out of the event with no refund. Serious issues will be dealt with by the police. Do not test us. We will defend our community.

Remember:

  • Cosplay is not consent.
  • Cosplay is for everyone.

Phew, ok. We should be good!

If you follow our Principles, the Rules will be easy to follow without even trying.
