NetsuCon 2025 Exhibitor Survey

Thanks for tabling with us at NetsuCon 2025!

Please take a few moments to fill out this anonymous survey. You can also Contact us or hit me up in the Discord server to chat directly.

This survey relates to your business or craft. If you want to answer the general attendee survey too, feel free to fill that out additionally.

Our events aim to blast through all social constructs, and unapologetically get to the heart of what matters. We need to be honest with each other to level up. Our goal is to build safe spaces of joy where people can have fun and where artists and local business owners can thrive. Please answer with constructive criticism so we can all improve.

This freeform answer is optional, like everything else here. You will have a chance to select pre-built answers below, but first we want to know exactly how you feel, unfiltered, and without being nudged in any direction by the pre-filled questions and answers. Let us in general how your experience went as an exhibitor. This is more focused on your business or craft. Later on down the page, you will also have a chance to write free form answers on what we did right, and what we did wrong. But you can also write that here now.
Not everyone was here to just sell things. Please choose N/A if you were here to build connections or had goals that were outside of the scope of just making money at the event.
Did your business make new connections? Gain new followers? Let us know if you felt like this event was a success in that avenue.
Our layouts are pretty unique. This can be considered good or bad depending on your opinion/personality and where you were stationed. We sort of break through “conventional” setups and blur lines. As we grow, we want to know how we can build up from here and make events that cater to everyone.
Let us know some of your favorite elements of this show.
What were some of the “cons,” even if it wasn’t directly our fault? Please be honest and provide constructive criticism. Was the venue to your liking? Was load in and strike time not long enough? Did things feel confusing at times? Was foot traffic bad in your area? Did it smell like a convention at times? Let us know.
We are considering a radical new concept where after the event, artists can choose to donate into a pool that could help artists who make a claim saying they took a loss. This would be 100% optional, and we would be developing guidelines to prevent anyone from abusing this. The donation amount would be small, probably less than $10.
Let us know if you have any ideas to make this system work for everyone.
You can check all that apply. Some are conflicting, but could still apply at the same time.
